Dee Dee

As a child Dee Dee had a fear of dogs. She was never comfortable around them and had a terrible experience with Doberman Pinchers. As she grew up she received a education in dental hygienic and about 2 years ago Cindy wanted to give her a opportunity to work for her. Even with her fear of dogs Dee Dee took on the opportunity and through that she overcame any and all fears she had for dogs and gained a huge love for them. She now owns two dogs, one Doberman and one Yorkie.

Randall Elbrecht

Randall has been working with Well Animal Institute since July 2010 and has worked in various dog related settings, including dog daycare / boarding, grooming and training. Randall received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and has also Graduated from “Master Trainers” program at the National K-9 School for Dog Trainers in Ohio. Randall has excellent rapport with all dogs and has a particular fondness of Labradoodles and Bully Breeds. He also has a knack for recognizing rare breeds of dogs. On his off time he enjoys spending time expanding on his skills and knowledge with his dog, Bubby Rich.

Aundrea Garduno

Aundrea has been working with animals for 6 years now; working in grooming, pet stores, and veterinary clinics… She wanted to work for Well Animal Institute because, she loves helping animals and enjoys cleaning their teeth. She has owned all different shapes and sizes of animals through out her life from iguanas, hamsters, fish, birds, dogs, and cats! She currently owns 3 dogs Kane a Pit Bull American Bulldog mix, Samoa a Yorkie and Coco a Chihuahua.

Stephen Younger

Stephen started working at WAI in September. Originally brought in as a office assistant, he is now working as a marketing assistant for the company. He takes care of the website maintenance, Facebook, Twitter and other social media projects. He currently doesn’t own a pet though someday he hopes to own a Boarder Callie or a Golden Retriever.
